Orders are usually made and shipped within 24-48 hours. If we have run out of any of the materials to complete your jewelry piece, we will notify you immediately to find out if you'd like to: 1) wait for a specified amount of time so we can complete your order; 2) select an alternative jewelry piece; or 3) cancel the order. No matter what, we will contact you to find out which option you want to choose, and we will take care of it for you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can take care of this.
We will be able to fix most any malfunction, so we just need to hear from you. If you want to return the item: The product must be purchased and received within 5 days of your return request. The product must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and must include all original tags as originally placed on the item. We cannot accept returns on customized items.
Conditions and steps for returns:
1. Call us within 5 days after receiving the product to get approval and a return code.
2. Return the product to us in protective packaging (the original box or a comparable box) and the return code. If you send us the product with no return code, we cannot process the return. If you send the product with no protective packaging (like a thin paper envelope) and it arrives to us damaged, we cannot credit your return.
3. Email us the date and method you used to send us the product with a tracking number. If you don't provide a tracking number, we cannot guarantee receipt or credit to your account.
4. Send the product to our shipping/receiving address below.
5. Upon receipt of your return package with all return conditions met satisfactorily, we will issue a credit to your account which you can use for future purchases. We do not issue refunds.

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it online by calling us within that time frame, and you must notify your credit card company to not process that payment. After that, there will be a 4% processing fee to process the cancellation through your credit vendor. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours, so if you cancel the order after it is made and shipped, the charge for your purchase will be processed, and you will need to obtain a return code and ship the product back to us so we can process it as a return. All return conditions as described above must be met for the return to be processed. We do not issue refunds so the amount of your purchase will be credited to your account.
